Questions about Check-In/Check-Out:

  1. How do I check in?

    We offer a convenient online check-in process. You’ll receive a link to a form, which should be filled out with details for all travelers in your group.
  2. Where do I get the key upon arrival?

    Your apartment key is stored in a lockbox near the entrance. We'll send you the code at least two days before arrival, once your check-in form is completed.
  3. How many keys are provided?

    For larger groups, we provide two sets of keys per apartment. Please remember to leave one keys inside the apartment and one inside the lockbox at check-out to avoid extra charges.
  4. Can I check in before 3:00 PM?

    Usually, early check-in isn’t possible due to ongoing cleaning after the previous guest's check-out at 11:30 AM. However, if no guests stayed before you, early check-in may be possible—feel free to ask us in advance.
  5. Is a late check-out after 11:30 AM possible?

    Unfortunately, late check-out is not possible, as our cleaning team arrives at 11:30 AM to prepare the apartment for incoming guests.

 

General Questions:

 

  1. What is included in the price?

    We provide towels, bed linen, kitchenware, bathroom essentials, Wi-Fi, and more. For families with children, we can also provide a baby bed, high chair, and baby bathtub upon request. Feel free to ask if you need something specific.
  2. What’s the best way to contact you?

    The fastest way is by phone, but you can also reach us via email.
  3. Do you offer parking?

    We only offer have private parking for apartments I, N and J, but we can send you a list of public parking options if you have booked another apartment.
  4. Can I do laundry at the apartment?

    Yes, All apartments (except apartment G) are equipped with a washing machine you’re welcome to use.
  5. Is smoking allowed?

    No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the entire buildings.
  6. What is your cancellation policy?

    You can cancel your booking free of charge up to three weeks before your arrival date (not including the day of arrival). If you cancel up to two weeks before arrival, you will receive a 70% refund. After that point, no refund is possible.
